Welcome to Style Lab! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services and website. By booking an appointment or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to secure certain services.

We require at least 24 notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be subject to a late fee.

If a client is late and we cannot accommodate them, the deposit (if applicable) may be forfeited.
3. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

Services are non-refundable; however, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 2 days so we can address your concerns.

Retail products may be exchanged within 5 days if unused and in original packaging.
4. Health & Safety

Clients with allergies or medical conditions should inform us before any service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has an active scalp condition or for any reason that may pose a health risk.
5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept cash and credit card. Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Please see your personal stylist or service provider for other payment options.
6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates salon policies.
